The Femme Flôr Team.

Femme Flôr is a concierge medical practice specializing in women’s pelvic medicine, located in Hillsboro, Oregon. It provides expert care in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, focusing on issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, vaginal prolapse, and bladder pain. Dr. Chidimma Abanulo
UROGYNECOLOGY RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGEON
Dr. Chidimma Abanulo

Dr. Abanulo completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Duke University, and went on to obtain her Medical Degree at the Medical College of Georgia. In 2014, she completed an Ob/Gyn residency at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. After completing an additional one-year fellowship in the GWU Medical Education and Leadership program, she went on to Emory University, where she completed her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. While at Emory, she also completed the Global Health Fellowship, through which she spent three weeks in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, teaching urogynecologic surgical skills to residents and consultants at the Addis Ababa University.

 

In 2018, Dr. Abanulo moved to Portland, OR and began her employment at the Women’s Healthcare Associates, where she served as one of two fellowship-trained Urogynecologists in the large practice. In addition to seeing patients, she spent five years providing education and training to fellow providers and support staff, in order to build a more robust Urogynecology program for the patients in the community.

 

On November 1, 2023, Dr. Abanulo opened the doors of Femme Flôr, with a mission to foster a more protective, supportive and patient-centered experience for women who are addressing their pelvic floor concerns. With the careful selection of a passionate and committed team,  Dr. Abanulo has found joy in bringing this mission to life.

Tiffany Petterborg

Tiffany grew up in Montana, and has called Oregon home for over 5 years. She started her career in medicine as a medic in the Montana Air National Guard, then as a flight medic in the Air Force Reserves in Washington. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Portland State University in 2021. She first worked in Urogynecology with Dr Abanulo and Korttni as a Licensed Practical Nurse before beginning her training as a physician associate. She graduated from Pacific University School of Physician Assistant Studies in Hillsboro, OR in August 2024.

She is honored to be working in Urogynecology again as a provider, and is passionate about making every woman feel seen and heard during their time together. She is committed to helping women improve their pelvic health and access quality, safe gynecologic care.

She loves spending time with her husband, and their favorite place to be is out at the beautiful Oregon coast and state parks. They are welcoming their first child together in 2025, and have an awesome stepson that they are lucky to spend time with when he is home from university.

Jessica Benedict

Jessica graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for six years in Hillsboro and Newberg before graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Science in Nursing degree. She has spent the last twelve years as a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and has been featured in Portland Monthly’s top rated provider list for six times. 

Jessica has a deep passion for assisting her patients throughout their lifespan. She values the time spent with each of her patients and makes it a point to ensure they are being heard, valued, and cared for unique to their situation. 

Jessica moved here in 2002 from the Northeast, where she studied and worked as an architectural engineer. She is a mother of two children, a devoted wife, and has two rambunctious dogs. She loves spending time in the sun whether on a beach, by a river, or lake. If she is not in the clinic and the sun is shining, you will likely find her with her husband and children, paddleboarding or playing with her dogs.

Korttni Medeiros

Korttni began her journey by earning her license as a certified nursing assistant, gaining valuable experience working in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. She then went on to complete her nursing degree through Washington State University and Sumner College. During this time, she had the opportunity to complete a nursing internship with Coffee Creek Women’s Prision. Once completing school and becoming a licensed practical nurse, she then began her employment with Women’s Healthcare Associates. It was during this time Korttni learned the specialty of Urogynecology and everything it entails. 

On November 1, 2023, Korttni joined Dr. Abanulo in opening the doors of Femme Flôr. She has been instrumental in bringing to life the mission of providing quality care for women.

Kayleigh Kline Hoang

Kayleigh Kline is a goal-focused professional with a strong foundation in Business Administration and a wealth of experience in early childhood education. With over five years as Assistant Director at an Early Education Learning Center, Kayleigh excelled in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and developing programs that fostered both academic and emotional growth for children. Her strategic approach to leadership and her passion for creating positive, inclusive environments were key to her success in this role.

In January 2024, Kayleigh transitioned to Femme Flôr, with a passion for both organizational growth and education. She is dedicated to supporting Femme Flôr’s mission and contributing to its growth and helping drive its continued success.
